Hi, I’m Tyler DuBose, Founder of Leader Caddie—a company born from my passion for service, leadership, and the game of golf. I’m a proud graduate of Texas Tech University (Wreck ’em!), and much of my heart for serving others was shaped during my summers at Pine Cove Christian Camps. It was there I learned that real leadership begins with humility, intentionality, and a willingness to support others behind the scenes.
Professionally, I’ve been blessed with a wide range of experiences across the corporate, nonprofit, and education worlds. Those roles taught me how to think strategically, solve problems, and communicate clearly—but more importantly, they deepened my desire to help others lead with purpose.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me golfing, at the gym, or spending time with my favorite people—my wife, Sarah, and our two amazing kids, Taylor and Miller.
At Leader Caddie, my goal is simple: to come alongside you, serve you well, and help carry the load so you can focus on what you do best.
